What Makes Dr. Regedanz’s Approach Different

Dr. Krista Regedanz works with people who don’t want to just talk about change—they want to experience it. Her approach is active, collaborative, and strategically focused on results. Therapy with her feels less like traditional talk therapy and more like a purposeful partnership designed to create deep and lasting change.

Clients often say working with Dr. Regedanz is like having a trusted thought partner who brings clinical expertise, neuroscience, and real humanity to the table.

Together, you’ll follow a structured, evidence-based process:

  • Clarify Goals with Precision: Define what meaningful change looks like for you—whether that’s greater emotional freedom, leadership alignment, or feeling fully present again.
  • Create a Personalized Roadmap: Based on your history, strengths, and current patterns, you’ll co-create a plan that adapts with you—no one-size-fits-all solutions here.
  • Engage in Transformational Work: Use cutting-edge techniques like EMDR, IFS, somatic therapy, and mindfulness-based tools to rewire unhelpful neural patterns, process stuck emotional experiences, and unlock new ways of showing up in your life.
  • Integrate, Apply, and Master: Consolidate insights and emotional shifts into lasting internal changes—so you can move forward with clarity, energy, and self-trust.

She offers optional between-session practices for clients who want to accelerate their progress, blending deep emotional insight with clinical precision to support sustainable transformation.

Clinically Precise. Deeply Curious. Centered on What Matters to You.

Before becoming a licensed psychologist, Dr. Krista Regedanz worked in the fast-paced world of technology and management consulting. She thrived on solving complex problems and collaborating with sharp minds—but eventually found herself burned out, anxious, and questioning the direction of her life. That turning point became the beginning of a deeper career and a more meaningful path.

With two decades of experience helping high-achieving professionals navigate stress, perfectionism, emotional burnout, and major life transitions, Dr. Regedanz brings both clinical expertise and lived insight into her work. Clients often say they feel immediately understood—because she speaks their language and knows what it’s like to look successful on the outside while feeling overwhelmed inside.

Her approach is grounded in neuroscience, compassion, and a deep respect for your autonomy. She doesn’t assume she knows what’s best for you. Instead, she brings clinical precision, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit to every session—helping you define what real, meaningful change looks like on your terms.

Whether you’re a founder, leader, parent, or professional juggling high expectations, therapy with Dr. Regedanz is a space to step out of survival mode and into alignment—with your values, your goals, and your sense of self.
